Got 2 weeks of army school. This gym was like 9 million degrees and had some crazy mix of kg and lb plates which threw me off a bit because I'm not gay and I don't oly anymore and I had no idea how much the crappy bars weighed.

Week in Singapore...ran a couple times on the treadmill...something like 2.5/2.6 miles in 20 mins. Walked a bunch, at least 3 days where I walked 7-9 miles. Had a very sore back from all the running and walking on the last day and then a 30 hour flight back didn't help my cause. Back is still sore 3 days later after the flight back.

Joined a new gym this week, hence the kilos. Way better equipment compared to lifting on a Rogue Ohio bar for everything. A stiff deadlift bar helps so much even at these puny weights as does a proper power bar for squatting.
