Left SI popped on the 5th rep. This seems to happen every time I approach mid-upper 300s in the deadlift. I have no idea what is wrong with my left back/hip but this is really demoralizing considering I used to pull 450 for doubles. Here comes another week of stiffness and pain.

Came back from Argentina May 28. Lots of strenuous hiking in Patagonia and walking around BA but still gained 6 lbs from steak and pasta gains.
