It's really not that bad but my programming in general is pretty subpar. My gym logistics aren't terrible, but they are not ideal and getting up at 5 AM 5 times a week to have shorter workouts that are split up more just requires a level of dedication that I can't achieve.

Last week:

Did some presses up to 180...did some BB Rows and weighted chin ups too.

The second set of 275 felt pretty heavy but overall this felt fine.

I'd at least change nothing except to put the heavy pullups at the end. Attempting a heavy squat or deadlift set after you've already smoked your upper back is pretty rough going.

The issue with pull-ups after deadlifts is I can barely grip the bar. If you look at my log before, I started doing pull-ups on the low day in a MLH type setup. I'll probably start doing that again after I readjust.
