Sat AM:
23 mile bicycle ride at 14.9 mph average or something. This made my back pretty sore so I took a couple days off not doing anything other than stretching, MFR and walking.
Wed AM:
Squat:

Pull-ups:

Bench:
5x275
4x280
3x275
Deadlift:
2x375

Weight 212.6
Squat and pull-ups went well enough but I had to dump the 5th rep on the 280 set of Bench. Deadlift also went badly as I just couldn't generate any strength at the end of the workout.
