1 mile run in 7:13
3 min walk
.5 mile run in 3:00
4 min walk
.25 mile run in 1:15 or so
Surprised I could do that half mile given my current level of fatness.
I've also been doing some Tabata cycles for sit-ups since I have an APFT next weekend. Today I did 93 sit-ups during the cycle which is a big improvement from my starting point of 70 about 4 days ago.
