Not great work. Lost hamstring tightness in the hole on a couple of the squat reps and my hips were too low in the deadlift starting position. I wouldn't have deadlifted today except that I'm going on a work trip and won't have the opportunity to lift until Monday.

Surprised I could do that half mile given my current level of fatness.
I've also been doing some Tabata cycles for sit-ups since I have an APFT next weekend. Today I did 93 sit-ups during the cycle which is a big improvement from my starting point of 70 about 4 days ago.

100 Tabata sit-ups

Tweaked something in my mid-right back on the set of 295 squats I think. The pain is in the right kidney area and hurts when I twist my torso. I was still able to keep working out but I couldn't work up to my regular set of deadlifts and I was planning on doing another set of triples on the squat. Surprisingly sit-ups didn't hurt at all. Oh well, we'll see how it feels tomorrow.
