Went on vacation and took a nice break to heal. The only thing that kind of hurts right now is my left knee. Walking 70 miles in 11 days probably didn't help.

I used a manta ray for the squat for the first time. I really dislike it and I really disliking high bar squatting but at least my right scapula isn't hurting like crap right now. It does shift more weight on the neck itself and I'm a little sore there now. Hopefully it goes away by tomorrow.

Right arm is flaring with pain. Again, no idea if this is carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow or a pinched nerve.
