Drank a ton of beer since last Thursday. Some standouts:

New Belgium Sidetrip - nice, fairly inexpensive Belgian pale ale.
Sierra Nevada Otra Vez - pretty good gose
Alesmith Speedway Stout - I love RIS, but I've never had this one. Absolutely huge at 12%. There was something off about the nose. I think there are better RIS out there.
Thirsty Dog Wulver Wee Heavy Bourbon Barrel Aged - $7 for a 12 oz. bottle in grocery store. Very malty. Probably could have used a couple years of cellaring.

I've been pretty sore and missed my workout on Monday. Got back into it yesterday:

1x Off Color Brewing Troublesome goze - fantastic

I opened a bottle of Evil Twin Ryan and the Gosling and it was undrinkable. I poured it down the drain.

My back has been really bothering me since mid-February. I've tried to squat and deadlift light in the past few weeks but it's not going well. I've also been eating like crap and drinking too much.

2 x 3 mins at 10 mph with 6 mins rest in between. This equals two half mile runs...pretty difficult.
