My programming has been sporadic because of a new job and lots of travelling. I've mostly been running linear progression since I started over in August but there's been a few days where I've listened to my body and backed off a bit. After a few years of lifting heavy I'm finally starting to get smart about backing off in the gym when I don't feel on. I started Texas Method before Christmas and ran it for a week then hurt my foot. This week I ran Texas Method and I'm going to continue with it for a while.

My girlfriend's birthday is that weekend so we might go out of town. Going out that weekend is a blast because meatheads will pull out tupperware containers with chicken breast at the bar. The people watching is amazing.

Yeah, it's always fun.

A couple years ago my friend and I were at Rachel's in Reynoldsburg and Mark Henry was across the bar.

One of my friends was a server at a hotel downtown and Arnold used to come in all the time and called her Uma, since she looked like Uma from Pulp Fiction in his opinion.

If you are coming to Columbus for it let me know. Arnold almost always comes and watches weightlifting. He's a pretty accessible dude.

Leaving Weds, coming back Mon, my friend is having a baby shower for her guy friends Saturday, so that made up my mind. Also, need to get a remote starter/alarm in my car and the guy I went to here won't do it, so going to an old coworker at SouthSide Audio.
