8 intervals of 1:30 at 10 mph/3:00 at 3 mph
2 intervals of 1:00 at 12 mph/2:00 at 12 mph
This was easy in terms of cardio but my legs were still fatigued from Monday's workout.

Just wasn't really feeling it at the end of the week. Squat form was bad until the last set on which I couldn't get out of the hole. I think linear progression is just about petering out. I'll take the entire weekend off and try to hit next Mon - Wed hard before taking the entire Thanksgiving break as a backoff period.
