There are no drinking goals really. I'd just like to track how much I'm consuming. Staying aware enough to count drinks helps me cut down on drinking I guess. I'm really not a fan of blacking out at this point in my life so I'd like to avoid that as much as possible even though it's a rare occurrence already.
I have an Army PFT on Friday. It's 2 minutes of push-ups, 2 minutes of sit-ups and a 2 mile run.
In August I scored a 266/300 with 76 push-ups, 67 sit-ups, and a 14:27 run. My all time bests in each event are 76, 74, 12:47. I have not done push-ups in a month and I am sore as hell right now, especially my hip flexors. Not going to do anything today or tomorrow except stretch and relax. I'll probably go to the gym after the PFT.
