Week in Singapore...ran a couple times on the treadmill...something like 2.5/2.6 miles in 20 mins. Walked a bunch, at least 3 days where I walked 7-9 miles. Had a very sore back from all the running and walking on the last day and then a 30 hour flight back didn't help my cause. Back is still sore 3 days later after the flight back.
