It's really not that bad but my programming in general is pretty subpar. My gym logistics aren't terrible, but they are not ideal and getting up at 5 AM 5 times a week to have shorter workouts that are split up more just requires a level of dedication that I can't achieve.
Last week:
Did some presses up to 180...did some BB Rows and weighted chin ups too.
Saturday AM:
2.5 mile run in 20 mins outside
Tuesday PM:
Weight 212
Squat:
5x235
5x255
2x5x275
The second set of 275 felt pretty heavy but overall this felt fine.
Pull-ups:
3x5x50
Bench:
5x235
3x5x255
Deadlift:
6x325, no belt
Felt pretty good.
