Squat and pull-ups went well enough but I had to dump the 5th rep on the 280 set of Bench. Deadlift also went badly as I just couldn't generate any strength at the end of the workout.

India was pretty cool. Not much meat there, but the food was delicious. Somehow I lost 5 lbs. Lots of Hindus and cows there.
