Diet compliance has...not been great. Right shoulder feels better after a few days rest.

Tried doing some pull-ups and did 3x50 lbs but right shoulder wasn't feeling it.

Mobility work.

Treadmill run:
1 mile in 7:00 at 2% incline
walk .25 mile
1 mile in 7:00 at 2% incline

Pretty tough. No idea how much I weigh but probably not pretty. Been living in hotels way too much this summer.

Decided to call it a day after how heavy 3x225 and 1x315 were. Shoulder felt good pressing, so I'm kind of wondering if it's pull-ups that are aggravating it.

Went to play some poker last night for the first time in ages. Got coolered with top two vs. bottom set for 125 BB and then lost another 125 BB being totally card dead. I remember why I hate this game.

Right shoulder feels better, not great, but I'm pretty sure the issues are stemming from repetitive motion at work.

Did like 10 or 12 prowler pushes over ~100' with weights ranging from 90 to 180 lbs. This was brutal. First time using a prowler (gym just got one).

Also did some kb swings with 70 and 60 lbs.

I have been working out but not logging anything because it's not really interesting. I'm still dealing with pain in my right shoulder, arm and hand. I'm unsure if this is tennis elbow, a pinched neck in my nerve, or a shoulder problem. The doctor at the VA was unsurprisingly pretty worthless but I am experimenting with rest and switching to my left hand for computer mouse usage. I also tweaked by lower back doing something a few weeks ago and so I'm unable to squat or deadlift. Been doing some cardio and benching to keep from getting totally flabby.

Very frustrating but I hurt my back again deadlifting last week on Tuesday. Left SI just popped on the last rep. I thought I maintained core tightness well.

The last segment was brutal at 12 mph. The half-mile at 10 mph was not as hard as last time which is nice.
