Been a minute. Fairly sure I got COVID during my trip to Europe. Came back and testing wasn't widely available so wasn't able to get it confirmed and still have not had an antibody test. I finally started feeling normalish in late March and have done some running but mostly been sitting around drinking and taking care of my new kid.
Gyms in Ohio finally opened up yesterday.

Everything was ugly. This is the most out of shape I have been in a long, long, long time. Probably 10 years or so. So good to be lifting again though.
