Last Tuesday I ran for 3.24 miles on the treadmill in 24 mins

Then 3 day business trip with no gym in the hotel :/

Saturday I went to the gym but my lower back was feeling awful...Did one rep on work sets of squats and called it a day.

Rested until Wednesday

been a while since I updated...

from memory, ran like 3 miles on 12/1. The next week I had excruciating back pain with spasms. That settled down by Saturday where I did some presses and walked on the treadmill. In retrospect I should have done more walking during the week.

No idea what happened to my back but I don't think they liked those front squats the day before Thanksgiving. Travelling for business for the rest of the week so will continue to run. Diet has been abysmal since Thanksgiving and I'm to 222 in weight.

Been exactly a month since I updated. In between I got hit with some nasty food poisoning that lasted about 10 days. Then I got well, my wife had a kid and I got sick again. So training has been inconsistent but I have been doing it.

Been a minute. Fairly sure I got COVID during my trip to Europe. Came back and testing wasn't widely available so wasn't able to get it confirmed and still have not had an antibody test. I finally started feeling normalish in late March and have done some running but mostly been sitting around drinking and taking care of my new kid.

Gyms in Ohio finally opened up yesterday.
