Are you just kind of making this up as you go?

I see mashups of basically every permutation of horizontal/vertical push/pull with isolation work (p std), and then a bunch of lower body days, but don't see any real pattern.

I guess there was one arm/shoulder isolation day in there.

I've been thinking about goals/programming a bit. As much as I'd like to set new strength PRs again, I'm unwilling to devote my training entirely to that endeavor. My current maxes are probably ~25% under my PRs, so strength should return with just basic linear progression.

As far as isolation work goes, I'm going to start paying more attention to overall weekly # of sets, especially in areas that I'd like to "bring up" like shoulders, triceps, and quads . I'll probably shoot for 15+ isolation sets per week for these groups, in addition to whatever work they get from compounds.
