Well i was referring to max TRT dosage i would take and doctor would approve. I know my buddy has a 1500 doctor but I think i would be happy with the Cha special (1000 ng/dl but with solid free numbers). Maybe 1200 if i get greedy.

So that would be like 200mg weekly injection for the first decade and then 400 after that. Then death by STD for sure before any of this catches up to me.

loco, I like your timeline and length. I think you need to run it close to a year at least. I don't know why I didn't get any sides esp. since my diet was out of whack but I don't have no bigorexia. I hardly did bro-lifting. I was more focused on intense strength and I do miss the feelgood of a proper DL.

Just more walking and band pushes with my ankle. Played some easy volley tennis with my nephew. He is 11.

Back is normal. No spasm and relatively pain free.

I've seen lots of people respond extremely well to less than that on a first cycle.

I ran 250mg/week my first one and put on 21lbs in 7 weeks.

Whoa that's insane. Did you lift everyday? Except for 1 week of feeling fever-ish from the first injections, I gave it my best every time I worked out. 3 days compounds with accessories and 1 day bro gyming with more than adequate protein.

I gained ~36lbs total in about 5 months of actual lifting.

Unfortunately I took a lot of noodles instead of just topless pics but I am gonna go about looking at the timeline. 1st pic is around the end of Test only 500mg. 2nd pic is no workout pump but I believe like only 1-2 months after the stack. I could be wrong tho

However I do have a video of a DL where I thought I looked jacked.

Also: Have lost 3kg since my last injection. Gained a bit of fat but I did keep up benching and push ups to my own ankle's plight tho.

Welcome back!

The T talk is interesting. I'm low, and could be prescribed if I requested it. At 37 I'm kinda holding out for a few years, maybe the Loco plan at 45. As a cardio dude, getting jacked and swole really isn't a priority.

Nov 4th

Today was the best day in terms of burning up the muscles.
SLDL, Air Squats (Both done bw but high rep till I got burn in the glutes and hams)

30 min Jogging - Felt awesome. Back minor issue is gone and ankle feels pretty good. Going to hold off on progressing to weighted squats and Block pulls for another 2 weeks.

I did push ups but not to failure - think that is how I messed up my back, tried to push the extra bit. Did some rowing and Bench Press with 65kg. Very slow and methodical - focusing on nothing but absolute core stiffness and only moving the joints I need to. The slow Rowing was particularly good. Felt my lats.

Did some bro curls and DB standing vertical pushes just cuz I felt like it.

Good stuff all around. Now time for a shower and then Pokerrrrr

Today was a really good day after some volatile sunday **** (poker related)

I have felt really good these past few days. I did rest up every chance I got and did some stationary biking.

I used to wake up with a stiff ankle but that is gone. Back is 100%. I have some trouble sleeping at night. Maybe it is Horizon Zero Dawn or American Horror Story or Journey or Tomb Raider or Poker or Battlegrounds.

Aim for rest of week is fixing up a diet regimen and some conditioning work like goblet squats and moar light benches and pull ups. Moar Stationary Bike.

Should be posting a more structured routine in a week or so.

Two days of cardio and both days decent speed jogging. Ankle is pretty much healed although I will not be putting any loads on it other than bw so no OHPs, DLs or loaded Squats.

Plan is to eat well and hopefully start more rigorous workouts this coming week. I will go on a deficit after gauging my strength.

Last time I did push ups I was able to grind just shy of 40 in one go. Did not have it in me to go past 10-11 in second set.

Defo need to start chins and progress back to pull ups asap.

16th Nov

Diet is going to slowly improve. I am just happy to report that I felt really well rested this morning but did not feel like gym, just PS4 but the barbell was set up with weights on the blocks from yesterday.

I just went ape with Deadlifts. Did nothing else.

Lots of 10 rep warm ups. All in Kg.

Extremely happy to be not that far from my maxes on gear. Just need to now rest till the weekend and starting Monday go on a small deficit with lifting and stationary bike. If I progress well with the strength then I will go on 500kcal deficit and hope to shed 4kg in 3ish months. Might start the second cycle early. Will post my regimen.

Videos will be posted a week from now when I DL again. Monday onwards it is time to take a conservative approach to benching, pull ups and reset to 40kg Back squats.

Sunday some big Indian tournies lined up. Soft fields. Have played 16 so far and only 3 itms but a 1st for 1.6K USD, 8th for 60$ and last night 1st for 57$ over 440ish USD BIs

Oh btw, I am now somewhere between a rec and playing poker for livelihood junction. It is booming here and I am beating Stars. Yesterday was also successfully able to multi-table Stars plus two different Indian sites with no HUD.

Sorry for the poker talk, thought I'd fill ya'll in how I spend my days. About to play Deus Ex: Manking Divided and some Tetris before coaching and then playing a session on Stars.

Yea loco, Goa is far but online is insanely bad. So, booming because the player pool is increasing but my coach was dumb stuck when he saw hands in early stages of a rebuy. Holy ****, so was I.

Today I busted 7th in another Indian tourney but won less than 230smth in Big 11 and similar in BB11 and Hot 11 lol.

Already volume is low on Indian sites so going to Goa is way too expensive. Last tourney I played their I 3bet 20x with QQ OTB (3rd blind level already ~100bb) with one OR and 6 flatters. To my surprise we went to flop with 8 way. Less than PSB left I jammed when it checked to me, snapped by a set of 33 on 398 board. GG. I am better profiting online.

We just had WPT India in Goa tho. Good vibes from structure etc. but now my stats are 19 Indian tournies 4 cashes - 1st, 8th, 1st, 7th. Jammed A8s from blind with 17bb and got snapped by QJ from BTN for the 7th. Also 2/4 FTs w/ sample size of 4 livaments in India.

It is so booming hard!!!! Weekend brings high BIs (mainly re-entries) and we have two tournies coming up with 30K and 50K USD top prize with a player pool not much different from what I have encountered so far. Then Diwali tournies.....and rumors of Stars.in for Indian players only hnnnnggggggg. Fly to my Sister's and play on .com..... would be awesome!

Should be so much fun tomorrow, usually an off day for Poker for me but there are some events of a couple of series and who is killing it killing it like bang bang bang? We're killing it like bang bang bang.

Cash games are easier. Biggest game is kinda line 80NL in $s. Winrates are through the roof. The grinders who been playing on Indian sites for a while (I wasn't) and winning are idiot 2008 level recreational players. Worse probably.

Hi guys! Long time!

Been really busy with Poker and killing it left right and centre. Been lifting some weights and lost 4kg on a very erratic deficit sort of thing. I did get a small shoulder injury but it's pretty much healed up.

Seriously, when you have to wear a turban everyday, don't injure your shoulder. It's not a Fedora you can just tip on and voila..

I have 4 weeks of lots of coaching and playing less, continuing the erratic regimen with the goal of losing weight.

Most probably around the butt end of the summer in India I will go on a stacked cycle and I mean go hard.

I have not done any Pulls in the last week+ but my numbers have not dropped.

Last time I benched I was still able to push 120kg and 122kg x 1 (5kg drop tho)
Squats are stuck at 185kg. This isn't so bad as this was the weight I was comfortable with and higher was a grind even on cycle.
DLs are lovely however. 210kg x 1 comes up ez. I can rep out 195kg x 5 x 3 on weeks when I have rested more.

Looks wise I don't look as ripped as I did on cycle but I can see how much my body has changed. The growth is still visible and it shows in the lifts.

I will be posting a noodle soon. I am almost at that point where there is no real belly at all. Upper abs are already visible

Hi old lads!

I just wanted to drop in with a few updates.

I turned full time online poker pro and I coach as well. I wish I lifted more. Having been on a cycle makes me pump it up once a week tho but nowhere near peak weights lifted.

I look good tho. If I went on a wee deficit and bro-lifted for 3-4 months, I'd get the Bronze ez.

I should have stayed on the juice for longer. It's been almost a year since I quit? I can't even remember...

The only sides I think I've gotten perma is my hair - got grey much faster than last year....unless that is normal aging but from eye test, I do believe it was the roids.

Other than that I am absolutely back to normal in every physical and mental way shape or form. I look like DYEL+ (like someone who used to lift but then got a bit of a lean-ish dadbod)

I am sure 2 weeks of dieting and pumping some iron and I would in all probability post my best noodle ever.

I only posted here because for the first time I have a monday off and some family issues are settled and I am leaving for Greece (Ikaria...finally) towards the end of June. Booking tickets tonight in fact.

However, once I am back, I have almost collected every jab, pill, auxiliary stuff for sides...you name it...(and all pharma grade -Deca,Test, winstrol, growth hormone and HCG type stuff can be picked up from the local hospital when/if needed).

I have not decided what stack tho...just collecting stuff that has an expiry date of 2 years or more. Got the same Doctor and this time I think I will be a lot less nervous from itty bitty sides that a first timer can mentally cascade into greater affections than they are.

I used to PM Evo and Cha like all the f'ing time.

Mainly, for me, what I learned was there is too much hype on both sides - How much gear alone will grow your muscles and temporally speaking the short lengths that you should be on them.

You need to work harder than Hulk Hogan's seamstress on gear imo and make every day count and those days need to be 6 months at the very least (In cases like mine).

Steroid forums are a myth. They are way too biased towards the extreme negative spectrum or there is good info but too much trolling/leveling to get past before you get to it.

The only lift that has not gone down or up a single 1 kilo plate is Sumo Pulls.

Perhaps it is because I was lagging in them anyways even with my natty potential due to my back issues.

Anyways, let this summer pass and man's gonna be on the LIFT THING!

Still backpacking Europe. I know, so 2000s

Anyways vacation has taken a toll on my back. Hiking, beaches, peng things, beers, good food, better friends - it's been so unruly!

I am resting up. Not a spasm but my lower back just hurts from exertion. It's like 5% in terms of severity of my last major incident and sort of feels like how my back was when I was 18 and would not care about a hurting back and keep playing sports etc. That is basically how I hurt myself the very first time. Picking up a tennis ball after two straight days of Tennis vs my brother in law in Canada who wouldn't give up trying to beat me because he was better technically. I just beat him because my returns hardly reached the baseline where he was camped and he never adjusted lol.

Anyways, this has just made me realize how much care and effort is required and motivated me to start as soon as possible!

Will be logging very soon.
