Hi guys! Long time!
Been really busy with Poker and killing it left right and centre. Been lifting some weights and lost 4kg on a very erratic deficit sort of thing. I did get a small shoulder injury but it's pretty much healed up.
Seriously, when you have to wear a turban everyday, don't injure your shoulder. It's not a Fedora you can just tip on and voila..
I have 4 weeks of lots of coaching and playing less, continuing the erratic regimen with the goal of losing weight.
Most probably around the butt end of the summer in India I will go on a stacked cycle and I mean go hard.
I have not done any Pulls in the last week+ but my numbers have not dropped.
Last time I benched I was still able to push 120kg and 122kg x 1 (5kg drop tho)
Squats are stuck at 185kg. This isn't so bad as this was the weight I was comfortable with and higher was a grind even on cycle.
DLs are lovely however. 210kg x 1 comes up ez. I can rep out 195kg x 5 x 3 on weeks when I have rested more.
Looks wise I don't look as ripped as I did on cycle but I can see how much my body has changed. The growth is still visible and it shows in the lifts.
I will be posting a noodle soon. I am almost at that point where there is no real belly at all. Upper abs are already visible
