things that make you fart lots are swallowing air and certain foods. I fart a lottt, I think the first part is the culprit for me. When I was a kid I could burp really, really long(12-15 seconds consistently, we timed them) and I got in the habit of swallowing huge amounts of air whenever I drank stuff to burp more, and now I have no idea to stop it.
The other which is prob a bigger contributing factor for everyone.
The smell comes from sulfur, things high in protein.
It's pretty bad sometimes. Like, even walking past the stairs to my room I can smell toxic air. Blech.
