3/27 morning
3.24 mile run. 29:48 total / 9:12 average pace. Hamstrings were still sore from Saturday's lower body workout but still managed a better time than recent runs. Heat was brutal by the second half of the run though.

I also feel pretty tired once I'm done with the afternoon sessions, so it takes me a while to reset and focus on work again. I've considered just doing 2x Upper/Lower on weekends, but I've noticed a pretty big difference compared to a 4x/week workout where I hit muscle groups twice a week instead of once. I just started a new 4x Upper/Lower program this weekend (albeit with a few modifications since I'm in an out of town gym), which gives me more motivation to get in the weekday sessions.
