How much creatine do you guys take in your maintenace and loading phase? (assuming you load) Also do you take a break from creatine every few months? How often do you load?
This is where I'm at:
Loading: 6g/day. Sprinkle 1 gram on a meal 6 times a day. 1 week loading
Maintenance: 2g/day. Post Workout. Not sure, think I'll go for 2 months then take a few weeks off and load again.
These figures may seem low but are recommended by Roger Harris (1998)
