I'll do some research on the thermodynamics of mass for you. From what I've seen so far, it doesn't seem to have an effect. My guess is that your weight is fluctuating due to changes in water weight. This is my guess because you didn't mention eating enough food to gain nearly two kilograms over a few days. Do you eat gallons of ice cream to stay cool when it the weather is warm?
I'm looking forward to see you deal with the fluctuations. In my mind, you are doing the hard bit now. The journey is half the battle. No. That isn't it... Showing up is half the battle. The journey is half of the Iliad and Odyssey. I always get that mixed up. Anyway, you showed up and lost the weight. Now you can journey, or maybe listen to some Journey.
On my end, I've gone several days without a stranger asking me, in a very concerned (almost motherly) voice, "are you feeling alright?" which I am taking as a sign that my slight weight loss is making me look a bit more healthy. Either that or the world is becoming a less friendly place.
