81.8kg. Have been thinking if it will feel better to generally be under the default 82.5kg, as long as it's close, maybe only now and then go above. Will try to find the system with the least stress level.

2 3-minute rounds on the heavy bag today. One minute rest in between as is customary. Footwork wasn't entirely nonexistent, but was pretty sad. I'm happy with the effort.

Brian, good idea to go back to exercise you are accustomed to.

As I have indicated earlier, in principle no news are good news. I go one hour each day to the gym, and try to stay around 82.5kg. The only "promise" in that regard is I'll try to never go under 80kg and never above 85. Right now it looks I'm preferring to be a bit under 82.5, maybe better so, you kind of have the feeling of success and have some margins with the eating.

So at some point my loggings probably will decrease in frequency, this may be the point or then not . Any possible fail will be promptly reported! But the default is it will go on like this.

81.5kg, a new low. Had two NA beers yesterday, time to take on the hobby again. Thinking a bit what high calorie to blend in more. If hitting 80.something I'll pump in serious calories, but better to do it with some control.

Btw, thought I could provide one indicator of my powers, easy to follow. It's grabbing the 20kg barbell, lifting it up to shoulder height, having the palms towards you, and then just push up and count. I can easily push three times in a row now, five with (not maximal) effort. Must sound very little. I do not do this specifically, maybe two-three times during my one hour gym session, so it will kind of develop more as I said an indicator, as time goes by. Let me guess: in the end of this year five pushes will feel like "nothing", and will do eight with some effort.

At this rate, you will entirely disappear within the next two years! You will need to head this unfortunate extrapolation off at some point.

(I sleep walk (and eat) on occasion, so I will not be reporting anything resembling progress this week)

Ate a 1000 cal caramel bag in an instant. Easy peasy. No problemo.

That is clearly your answer if you find your weight to be distressingly low.

I spent the day mostly outside helping my dear friends with their landscaping. This mostly entailed me sweating a lot and not being particularly useful, but we did manage to mostly fix their irrigation system and plant one small blue fescue. We also went for a somewhat short hike (1/2 an our maybe) and one of their dogs snuggled with me to ensure that I didn't die from hypothermia when we returned to their house.

I ate some tuna salad and two baby carrots and a rib of celery as my main calorie containing meal along with lots and lots of water and water-like bottles that contained electrolytes and no sugar, approximately 6 ounces of coconut water and am currently consuming my nightcap of as much whiskey and soda water as I can tolerate.

82.4kg. That's more like it. Variance, yes, but a couple of hundred grams must be real. A bag of candy, preferably without significant salt and licorice, will be the method of choice if needing some extra calories in the future. Almost pure energy.

Brian, nice job!

As is, or should be, common knowledge, licorice causes the outer portion of your soul to die. This will necessitate an exfoliation of your soul* in mild cases to avoid irritation of the soul, but it is important to keep in mind that larger quantities of licorice can cause soul entrapment syndrome.

Caramels are safe for all souls to imbibe.

*this is easily accomplished at home using OTC products.

Salt and licorice rise the blood pressure. It got normal when I started to diet, haven't measured it since. Maybe it's time.

Probably more important to check than your weight, so it is definitely time.

Found how to get some 200 cal more each weekday. Will have a chocolate bar at work before going to the gym. Also good to eat something between lunch and coming home, more even calorie intake during the day.

Think in the future each time I hit 81.5kg or lower I'll have 1000 cal of candy. Should make this water proof...

All's well. Haven't weighed this much since June 23. So can start marching down until hitting 81.5 and the candy bag.

I like this new caramel plan a lot, fwiw. "I did too good on my dieting, so I will force myself to indulge exactly once."

Will try to indulge only when "necessary". It's a bit risky though, what if I want more? Anyway it's an easy way to correct upwards, having 1000 cal extra when reality+variance put you enough below goal. Though it's easily a bit under 1000, ate just a little less of other stuff after having it, let's guess: 700 extra just like that.

Have started to integrate some more into the diet. A sandwich, spinach platelets, slices of cheese. Let's see how it can be controlled, will have to get used to feel some hunger and craving for food again, not always responding, or having only little.

Lol, the translation program played a trick . Guess it's spinach drop scone.

Glad someone reads what I write.

Edit, even better and simpler: spinach pancakes. You can see I'm not very much into cooking.
