Yes, losing weight in the beginning is easy
The day before yesterday: 81.7kg, yesterday 81.0, now 80.2. Wonder what my real weight is, achieved this by putting in effort after all. Let me guess: 80.65kg
. Need continue dieting...otherwise may be in for the tougher trip I know easily is ahead.
Still haven't found my way to the gym btw
. Looks the only reliable exercise is me walking to and from the subway working days. Outside it's dark and rainy, great inspiration for taking a weekend walk...
