So no worries going too low. Five smoothies yesterday. No chocolate/candy bars, which may be good for the weight long term. Yet again seeing that eating "normally" gives some hundreds of grams more of water.

Ate very little today. Morning smoothies: 350cal. Lunch salad: 300-400cal. "Dinner": two bread roll halves with cheese, and an apple: 300cal?. Late: two smoothies, 250cal. Sum possibly 1300cal. Will have some more, maybe a NA beer. Can't see me having more than 1700 in total.

79.8kg, the efforts paid off. May have lost that half a kilogram all in all as compared to a couple of weeks ago. Most important long term change is letting those addictive chocolate bars go. Then keeping the weight could more be about subtly reacting to what the scale tells.

Ate too much. WTF just did it for the heck of it. Tasted good, filled the belly up.

Now going to enjoy the opposite.

80.2kg. Have already dropped almost a kilogram

This is what you get when not eating or drinking. But will not write it down, it's not the standard way. Now I'm going for a little to eat and drink. Estimated I should cut off 0.3-0.5kg again for getting to that golden 80.0kg average. Will not approve of bigger chunks. Like ever.

79.8kg. First time this month starting with a seven. Average: 80.4kg.

The strategy to start eating less when hitting 81kg seems to work. Don't know how much fine tuning I'll aim for. It gives some freedom not to be totally strict, and eating substantially less for 3-7 days is in some way even refreshing.

Partied Saturday (I: NA). Ate caramels at Friday. Now second day on compensation. Maybe dare to stand on the scale tomorrow? 3000+3000 needs 1500+1500.

Yes. Actually came across a scale today during my travels. Was fully dressed with boots on and was 199.

Looking good, Brian.

Maybe inspired from you I'm taking summer walks at least during the weekends. The gym suits better in the winter when there's less to see in nature.

Average 80.3kg. Yesterday 79.5kg, somehow I'm back in the mode when having to watch a bit that I eat enough. How these things can vary. Most periods I really have to watch I don't eat too much, they dominate as for most. Anybody else?

You are probably the only one who needs to watch what they eat when trying to lose weight

Waist is 39" today. I celebrated with donuts and fried chicken.

Problem fixed. Got a "share" candy bag, not sharing though. 950 cal just like that.

Finally bought a refrigerator for my truck, so now I have less of an excuse to eat crappy food.

To celebrate this, I am going out to eat lunch with a friend.

Waist still holding at 39".

Your truck, sounds fine!

I'm abroad and the scale is on the floor, for some reason haven't used it. Though ate very little yesterday when could have eaten without limit for the same price.

I have weighed close to 82 kg at times now, so back to the prepared salads and smoothies. Been below 2000 cal/day for some days, waiting for that familiar 79 kg something. Somehow it feels easier to cut down than before, have probably got used to the process.

Look after your scale guys! Mine has initially shown "Lo" for a couple of weeks, indicating it's time to change the batteriy. So got my act together. Holy cow, weighed 81.1kg with the old battery, 81.6 with the new! Drank very little water, maybe 100-200 grams in between. So it's like one week of losing weight is "negated" just like that.

Wonder what the next obstacle will be...

80.0kg, lowest since 11 July!

Well over a year into the project think I don't have the stamina to be so detailed and frequent in the reports. Min and max may do. So since 30 June the lowest has been 79.8kg and the highest 81.6kg. All in all should be fine as long as weights starting with a seven are scattered in. Will try to continue weighing myself close to daily, for getting early warnings.

Came across a scale today. 185 lbs and 38.5" around the biggest part of my belly. That was after a couple days of debauchery.

There was concern logs are dying, so doing my part! Lowest since 10 August is 79.3kg and highest 81.2kg.

Now must think about what video could be appropriate, if any
