I'm out of salads. Should I test to have only smoothies today? Would be the first and probably only time. If I have under 20(!) there should be a calorie deficit. Will not bother to count, just postpone the best I feel like.

Towards the end of the day it became some biscuits. The VLCD-smoothies are just not the alternative for the daily calorie amount if not cutting down very much.

Btw, it's a new day here now, even if in the middle of night, got 80.1kg. This looks to be real, not a fantasy.

199 this morning. Wrong direction, but expected. Was able to do some light carpentry today and am not in severe pain, so I'm winning.

You've made excellent progress.

Hiding this comment here since I need to express it, but don't want to express it directly at anyone: Calorie logs and food diaries don't have magical properties. If doing it doesn't cause you to make better choices, then there is absolutely no point to doing it.

Thanks. I think the loggings are effective for many though, at least they are often the best shot. I dramatically changed my eating towards wegs and low calorie smoothies, but hadn't much to lose, could eat half a cheese after work. If I have anything to offer it's endurance, for some reason always had that at certain spots.

The weight is slowly rising. Think I found the main culprit. The half chocolate bar before gym has become a whole. In fact I would not need any chocolate at all, my daily gym sessions are only 30-35 minutes now, could eat when coming home.

Will save the chocolate bars if needed to correct the weight upwards after reaching 79.x kg. At least I know the means now.

80.1kg! Why reporting with an exclamation mark? Because it's one of those (unnecessary) records you see in sports. This is the lowest average weight recorded for two consecutive days
