Sorry for that, fast recovery.

You could use hand weights on the floor, if possible. Don't know if this was a bad joke.

Trying to make sense of all the numbers. I was 80.8kg already September 3 and 80.7kg Sept 12. But the previously longest stretch without 81-something was two days before these four days. You could maybe say 81 was what to be expected earlier, now beneath.

My weekend gym provides as only option a big mirror at the locker. Took a good look today. Don't know how to put it, but the body I saw was satisfactory (even a bit sexy ). So there will not be any Starting Strength, sorry guys.

Wasn't a joke. Took me most of the day yesterday to crawl from the floor to the bed and then climb into the bed. Today I can stand and walk around a bit. Back spasms aren't much fun

I have an idea. Remember when I couldn't turn around in bed from one side to another the normal way, but had to take the way with face pointing downwards, hurt less when moving then. Was a bit proud I found that method.

80.5kg. Yes is looks I've reached another low level. Had some (quite a lot) of home made bread yesterday, but on the other hand was out of salads, things even out. Heading today for buying another dozen of prepared salads + vanilla-mango and strawberry low calorie smoothie powders to my special giant supermarket.

Think will start counting the average weight for each period I report. That could be a nice complement to eyeballing the list and look at min and max. The obvious goal is being as near 80.0kg as reasonable. Beneath? Eat a bit more. Above? Eat a bit less.

Thought some more. Will not take the PITA of calculating averages after all. It will be a simple amount of 79kg vs 80kg (in short: 79kg/80kg). Goal is keeping them near equal. Waiting for the first 79kg something!

I was similarly proud of myself when I stopped asking my friend for bottles to pee in because I could get to the bathroom.

I can get to my feet under my own power now. Just takes me an hour or so after I wake up. Progress!!!

You are worse off than I was, fast recovery!

About my weight. Got a bit angry and even thought about more or less stopping eating (read: ~1000 cal/day) for getting to that elusive 79.x kg. But feel it would be a bit childish. I may postpone eating as much as still somewhat comfortable though, possibly getting the total daily calories down a notch.

80.3kg, that's better! I'm up early, had two smoothies instead of the normal three. Will cut down here and postpone there, lowering calories.

Good song, but painfully bad moves

This is how you do it

Cut out the "violence" though.

Only two salads today, then some smoothies. Got really inspired to cut down now, it's the spurt. Already planning the videos I'm gonna post when reaching the 79 . Want to thank you all for the inspiration and support!

Good work on the progress so far, but why not set a more ambitious goal, e.g. 34 inch waist? (I think that's N1H at his fattest.) You seem like you have the knowledge and discipline.

Maybe an explanation of the colors?

From April until the first goal of 82.5kg, reached in the middle of June: red color every time I got a lower reading than before.

The bolded in June 15 to June 26: max and min during that period.

After that for every period: red for max, blue for min.

Now I must finally find something else to do than dropping weight. Guess the maintain will not be very problematic(?), keeping it around 82.5kg succeeded after some dabbling with a caramel bag. Cutting off those nearly 10% of the weight gave a bit different, better platform to stand on, but that's it. The half hour/day in the gym will continue, but not very much to report from there either. Just doing different stuff coming into mind. Of the two the gym is probably very much more significant that than the weight drop. But combined: yummy . Now I can confidently let age take me

My main agenda probably is being fit enough for continuing working until the pension at 65.

Still bad, but better each day. I was able to put socks on this morning without too much trouble. A few more days of icing and heating it, and it should have calmed down enough that I'll be able to get back to exercising.
