I've been led to believe that delayed onset muscle soreness is not fatal, so I should be fine.

They had a pizza party at work today. They are trying to sabotage my efforts to no avail. I had a bottle of water instead of the pizza.

Well done!

For me: 80.7kg, new record low. Looks I really just have one kilogram to go before hitting that seven something. It may as well even take some weeks though, don't mind much. On the other hand it could be nice to get the weight dropping project on maintain a bit faster too.

100 cal on the recumbent bike, about 50 on the mill, some agility and strength training. Found my pulse is about 100 when working out. Just right

Looks strength training is becoming a bare minimum for not losing the little muscle I've achieved so far. One of the reasons I did the strength workout was for not losing more muscle than necessary when losing weight.

It's 80% about cardio now. Honestly don't know what my priorities will be in a couple of months. Maybe cardio though? But the cardio will strengthen the lower body anyway.

Cardio is good. I'm up to walking 1.5 miles per day. 199 lbs and bp 125/88 after a few cigarettes and two cups of coffee and some breathing/relaxation exercises.

Think when having passed the dream limit of 80.0kg I will try to get roughly equally many 79kg something as 80kg something. That's because it will still be project 2 to keep the weight stable. The "natural" thing would be it starts slowly increasing again, and "adult eating disorder" it would keep on creeping down. So having it around 80.0 for real can be a bit "OCD", but is the best alternative in my situation, would dare to guess.

Cigarettes are a traditional Native American weight loss supplement.

My evening BP readings are consistently very high. Last evening average of three readings was 157/93. This morning 128/88. Need to increase the cardio to get those numbers down. Also additional weight loss should help.

Gym days since June 23: (2+(12x7)-29) days / (2+(12x7)) days = 57/86 = 66%.

Of the missing gym days the vacation out of town explains 19, so with that subtracted the percentage is (2+(12x7)-10) / (2+(12x7))= 76/86 = 88% days in the gym, that's better.

Today I'm not feeling perfectly fit, maybe I have yet again a "subclinical" flu, that's my burden, doesn't feel it will be worse than that I'm back tomorrow though.

Edit: maybe not entirely correct. This assumes I would have been every single day in the gym had we not traveled...think the only reasonable statistics in the future is the simple gym days / all days, whatever the reasons for not attending. I could often in theory go to a gym also when out of town, so it's kind of an excuse.

So the Gym Percent is 66% since June 23. The only way is up, hopefully!

Out of curiosity, what is your resting heart rate now that you have been exercising fairly consistently?

Time for a new strategic decision. I clean-de-clutter the house one hour a day. That's light work, almost like my gym sessions. I can't put 1+1 hours a day on first the gym and then the cleaning. So I will start to go 30 minutes per day to the gym, have probably already reached my basic level. If/when the house is mostly fixed I may switch to 45+45 minutes, or even 60+30, and getting that one hour gym back.

Wow, how fast those 30 minutes in the gym went! Will continue this way. Maybe in the long run it's what my body (and mind) can take on a daily basis.

That is well within my range of believable heart rates. I would definitely been doubtful had you said thirteen or 459.

80.3kg! Almost nothing has happened with the weight for some time, even though I was on a calorie amount that would keep the weight stable, having to put in some effort later on. But the negative calories may have been there almost every day. Glad this project doesn't ask for more right now, have some other things to tend.

Less than a pound to go!

The 30 minutes gym sessions seem to suit well, think my body likes it more. On the other hand my cleaning and de-cluttering the house in fact go for workouts as well. And doing some good simultaneously.

I've managed to throw out my back. This will be a serious hindrance to my walking - I was up to two miles per day.

However, being laid out on the floor should decrease my food intake significantly.
