It appears that it was created and deleted to make it appear that you have lost your marbles.

Have weighed myself with great irregularity. Now on vacation, found myself eat a lot for example yesterday, had to hold back, some strawberries saved me. No, it's only your eyes that can save me. 81.9kg, 0.1kg under my absolute red flag. I know I don't have the capacity to do this on a grander scale anymore, so now will weigh myself every day again, and do those small great corrections.

God, I can never rest

81.8kg. Partly corona made me use my car more instead of the sub. Have taken walks regularly for about a week, will continue. Knowing well that for the weight what goes down is 90%, exercise 10%. But exercise is good in many other ways.

You should try eating less. I hear that helps

82.3kg. This only shows it was time to do something again. For some reason this weighing and then "just" partly shutting down eating works better for me than counting calories exactly. Without weighing I can get the feeling I'm eating too little. The scale tells the truth within one kilogram.

82.0kg. Think my two year experience with losing/keeping weight really helps. I give in at certain spots, but the delaying probably keeps me a bit under 2000cal a day. The old wisdom is you shouldn't push it too far.

82.4kg. This is a more difficult round than some of the previous. My short vacation will end on Sunday. When working I have the 350 smoothie calories in the morning, and about a 400cal lunch. Not much time to eat when coming home at 4-5pm. Hope that will help.

82.4kg again. Yesterday was a certain sub 2000cal day. Yet again I found that if having total veggie salads when craving, that'll be enough, or good as a complement to a prepared salad. So my shopping must go in the direction of veggies, even if I had gotten a bit bored before because of their dominance.

81.6kg. Maybe the biggest win yesterday was to choose a 200cal sausage soup instead of a 500 chicken-rice microwave meal in the evening.

Hopefully the 82kg "journey" is over for this time.

81.1kg. I'm accustomed to think that about one half of a small weight loss is real. So under 82kg now. Going for some amount of 80kg.

81.9kg. Still under 82kg . Could swear on I've averaged below 2000cal, let's see.

Maybe you should start obeying entropy. It is helpful for weight loss.

Going for my (almost) daily walk now. Feel I've eaten little today, even if there's some high cal stuff.

80.8kg. First below 81kg in a month . The goal is getting most in the 80kg area.

Have managed to touch 83kg. You know what that means? Veggies.

Hope they will!

81.5kg. I think trying to react in time is one of the keys. What is the definition of yo-yo losing weight? Ten lb ore more?

The big picture is I'm in the stage when trying to not report every move. So the 83kg report was two days old!

81.9kg. The weights have been somewhat evenly distributed between 81. and 82. , so the real weight should be around 82kg. Veggies and holding back are part of the program. Will report at least when I get the first 80.

Five days in a row below 82kg. That's my approx 81.5kg report.

Think it's time to put an end to the BS-ing around. This current weight gain came kind of sneaking in. I need a solution I hopefully can keep with minimum effort during the rest of my life at best.

As every goal is objectively arbitrary as long as you stay somewhere where you "should", this will go purely subjective. For me a pure easy math goal seems to be the best. So my red flag will become a number starting with an 8. Have fooled around with different goals around 80, but this will mean my weight will become around 79kg when this project is done.

So, in the future when weighing myself, if the weight even once is above 80kg: eat less, until it isn't, and with some margin too. Already 79.5kg will make me do subtle changes downwards, trying to avoid that big no-no.
