The daily program was a great idea. Falling down and bruising my tailbone and butt muscles was not. Bruises are annoying. Didn't hike on Sunday and not hitting the gym today.
81.0kg. I decided to weigh myself even if it's weekend. You need to change the weighing rules as you go, as long it's in the right direction. It was good to get a break from the daily weighing. Now my new rule is at least Mo, We and Fri as before, but freely some additional ones thrown in if need for added motivation.
Yes. 80.8kg, really looks I have gained some. Have worked on it some days. In addition to simply trying to hold back the eating a bit I use vegetables and fruit as snacks. My "cheapo" project can still be utilized, I've found you just look at the price/kilogram for apples, carrots and so on, and can save a lot. If not the cheapest is good or you need variation, try the second cheapest.
Cost is just a factor, not the most important at this point. If needed I'll temporarily go all VLCD-smoothies and veggies again, as when dropping weight. Less calories means less cost too
What have I eaten more of lately, which differs from before? I'd say bread, with the included margarine, cheese and sausage slices. So can cut down on those.
From what little I know, I'd say that margarine, cheese and sausage sandwiches are not on doctor's orders if you are looking to maintain or lose weight.
Not sure. Too cheap to get my body composition tested. For me, I imagine it is a fairly high percentage that is water weight since I tend to balloon out when I drink. It is also fairly unlikely that I burned 3500 calories more than I took in over the last 3 days given that I was busy partying.
Went to the gym today. Apparently it takes around a month or so to get over a bruised tailbone.
I live with him, so no. It turns out that when someone says that they are afraid to do light sparring, it means that they are going to be dangerous to spar with. Got dumped on my ass on a tile floor.
Made a veggie egg bake for lunches the next four days. The recipe is to combine a crapload of veggies, a dozen eggs and a random amount of milk and whatever spices/salt you feel like and bake it at 325 until it looks like it has been baked. It is good hot or cold.
Also have some soup ready to go. The recipe for that was to purchase some soup.
191 this morning. It has been raining a lot, but today is sunny and I should be able to walk at least 3 miles throughout the day before hitting the gym this evening.
Planning on not drinking this weekend.
Also, the sleep tracking function on the Fitbit is really cool. It is nice when it congratulates me on my sleeping skills.
