79.6kg! It has finally happened. Was on a trip where I couldn't bring the scale, two day's break. Tried to eat as little as possible anyhow, one bigger dinner apparently didn't interfere.

Waist is now 94cm=37". As a bonus have achieved the highest recommended for my height. Farewell, "big" belly.

Now it's maintain

No 79kg this time around.
Why not count the average from time to time for better follow up? It's 80.3kg.

So basically there's less than a pound to go. After yesterday's 80.7 I even planned to skip chocolate by not buying a dozen different chocolate bars today for storing at work, but not so sure now. I think it does me good to have something before the gym, not sure I can keep the eaten amount down if that easily available though. Maybe I'll start by buying less each time? Maybe just half a dozen?

As health and fitness in the end are a bit of (necessary) side stories of my life, I think it's time to keep a break with the logging now. The weight will be around 80kg, and will go to the gym half an hour every day possible. They are foundations of my other activities (and passivities). 79.4kg again. Finally I'm faced with the same problem as when starting to clearly go under the earlier goal of 82.5kg: where to get more calories? Last time I went out for the caramel bag. This time there will not be an escape downwards, average 80.0kg it is and will be. Maybe trying to do this with style this time around, if possible. If reaching 78kg something I may need the caramel bag again for kickstarting the eating though.
