I was feeling sick so I didn't put in a ton of assistance work. I busted my ass on squats though, and they felt pretty good. My legs are nice and tired today. 5 resps seems to be my sweet spot of weight/volume. I also got to test out my new wrist wraps today and I'm digging 'em (

SLDL was pretty bad, my form sucked and my back started getting sore. I probably just need to go lighter next time since nowadays I rarely do these.
