I'm very happy with this workout. It was a nice bounce-back after Monday's struggles. Bench press felt very good and strong. Really hoping to hit 250 when I test my max in a few weeks. I think I have a good shot at it.
The top of my left shoulder was pretty sore and felt "grindy" when doing DB bench. The pain was sharp, but not too bad. Something to keep an eye out on though.
On the other hand, this was my first workout in a long time done without elbow sleeves, and my elbows remained pain free
