I feel like your snatches definitely improved overall, but yeah catching them high and not reaching full extension in your hips when you explode. Newsflash. I have the same (only they look way worse)
Hmmmm. I hadn't considered that I may have to shave all the time. Do you have any with/without shaving pics?

beast front squats
Yeah, I am. Good call. And I had ONE good set in the mix where I definitely reduced the loop a lot. My coach was right in front of me and giving me reminder cues "elbows high. pull yourself under the bar. punch [and lockout]" before each rep and it helped a lot. They felt SO easy on that set. I was already so tired but those cues made the reps a lot easier and I humped the bar a LOT less. More extension to get the weight up. Felt great. Really wish I had it on vidya, but I'll get more eventually.
thanks on fronts. It feels great to make improvements like this bc I remember when 245x5x5 was rough. It doesn't feel like that long ago. Now I'm doing 265 and it's easier than 245 was back then. I even got a sweet bro nod from this aesthetic af BBing guy at the gym who actually squats w/ good form. He was impressed. Feels goodman. Still though. The black guy in dark red in my recent video is a 77 and he front squatted 140x3x10 the other day. Insane. And my coach, who is a 77 also, did 150x3x10!
