Also, small waists don't make bobs look big. Smaller shoulders/ribcage. Like all those azn women with full Cs who look like they have comically huge bewbs but actually have smaller bewbs than average USA fat waman.

There is also the fact that women have no idea what bra size to wear and generally get a way too small band and way too big cup. (So that USA#1 girl who thinks she is a 36D and is actually a 40B is just an idiot.)

But like many other things, once you have personal expertise with their bobs you can make a personal judgment that is far more accurate than any generalization. So I would suggest this route of hands on research.

Normal delt raises x pullover superset 3 rounds

Basically i got way too hyped on the first set, too much adrenaline, smashed the dumbbells together at the top on 2 or 3 reps, and had my butt in the air on 10th rep but did technically complete it. 9 real reps 1 cheat rep. Probably coulda gotten 10 if I' d had better control and not lost energy smashing dbs together. I'm not going to donk off and try again next week; be patient, drop to 40, do some easier RPE 8 work and hit 3 sets instead of 2, a bit more volume less intensity, and work my way back up. By then I'll be a few weeks into the cut and pressing strength will be toilet for the next few months but that's part of the game.

Second set was elite and one of the cleanest and most controlled looking sets I've ever done with a max effort RPE 10. I'm really proud of it and excited to show you guys later.

I think I actually miss the gym much more when I'm on vacation and have too much time on my hands. When I'm workign the idea of missing the gym is like absurd, and I ended up getting better by going to the gym less because I was going way too much and doing way too much.



Old pic where I was around 8-9 weeks out from comp that never happened. This is bodyfat I could maintain on a cruise 500mg dose without much dietary restriction. Mostly just coffee, yohimbine, 13k steps, and the same diet I eat now but with fewer cheat meals. Maybe a lil baby dose retatrutide or glp1 agonist to reduce "food noise". I'd probably add muscle very slowly and it wouldn't be best for my competitive career, but in the unlikely event I end up in a stable monogamous relationship I'm gonna do the opposite of what everyone else does and just stay lean to look sexy and appealing for my partner and don't worry about bulking or placing in bbing shows as much.

I'm certain this is the case for me. I generally train 6 days out of 7 and for the past year it's been on a 3 day split so doing body parts twice a week. I'm not training as hard as you, but I'm generally training at RPE 8 or 9 and at my age and with the minimal supplements etc I take, I'm certain I could grow/benefit more if I ate a little more and trained a little less

the problem is that I like going to the gym too much and it makes me feel good both physically and mentally and like you it seems, my working day has a far more enjoyable structure when it involves training.

re 50kg DBs...I've never been that strong, but for me at my absolute limit, which would probably be 37.5 or perhaps 40kg DBs, it's less the exertion of the pressing movement on the muscle that's the challenge but getting them into position and then the pressure on the hands, wrists and occasionally shoulders that causes me to fail/come up short on a rep scheme

1. I do literally 15 minutes of prep work before any pressing and was doing that 15 minutes of prep work 5+ days a week. Internal rotation from smashwerx, lock 3, and hanging from a pullup bar with straps.

2. I went up gradually after spending a lot of time with the 40s instead of randomly one day increasing to large dbs.

3. My volume is extremely low with 4 sets of free weight pressing over 2 sessions per week.

These 3 together has prevented any pain or pressure on hands/wrists/shoulders making the movement uncomfortable. Getting into position is just experience I guess, never had an issue on this low of an incline. Higher incline gets slightly tricky.

It's "fakestrength" from being glycogen and water loaded improving leverages. Your muscles are just moving the weight over more ROM but they're probably actually stronger/getting stronger/producing more force when you start cutting.

Scientist Loco was kind of the mastermind in pointing out the idea of "fakestrength" from SS and low bar squats when guys get fat but think they're putting on muscle because squat number go up.

Internal rotation is slept on; people won't STFU about TUCK TUCK TUCK EXTERNAL ROTATION BEND THE BAR TOUCH LOW BRO, but improper internal rotation can lead to scap winging and getting up on your trap in a really suboptimal way that can put a lot of stress on proximal bicep (me) or shoulder joint or both.

Was totally unfocused at the start of the workout as I left my phone in the taxi and had to coorindate him dropping it off at my home. After I got to the leg portion I was back in the zone. bitched out of a 3rd set of leg press, glad I did in retrospect tbh. But I might try and hit a 3rd next time.

thank you but all good. I'm fine now (I think) and tbh, while last year was a huge grind and losing over half my money (as well as the amount she stole) and the financial security that went with it was a total bitch, I'm happy I went through it because I'm far happier now. As long as my kids come out of it ok (and I think they're doing well, but there will of course be medium and long term effects), then I will look back with gratitude on my ex wife proving to be the lying, thieving, cheating, selfish c unt she turned into. Maybe this is temporarily wishful thinking on my part because I'm 2 months into a new relationship with a Brazilian smokeshow who has so far proved to be a very nice woman....but for now at least, it's a big thumbs up from the Aussie.

it's interesting re the gym part. I've always trained and am very lucky to really enjoy it and want to do it....I've never ever resented training or the gym. But the weight loss and abstinence part that I've really benefitted from the past 15 months didn't come from the cliche 'I've got to get in better shape to attract new women' but was legitimately a self care thing to help control my body and mind while everything else was going mad. Losing 20lbs and looking more muscular etc has definitely had the benefit of attracting better looking women and is now definitely a part of the motivator. But it didn't start out that way
