Used the very limited equipment powerlifting gym. Been having some chronic shoulder pain and most free weight pressing other than incline db press at 15 or 30 degrees aggravates it. Not sure why, but both flat and overhead irritating. Next time I'll do 3 sets of incline, then close grip pushups. That should be enough volume with how high my frequency is.

I started using ghrp6 for appetite. I think it cost me like 25 dollars for a half year's supply. Generally I have very poor appetite. Even during contest prep this year my appetite never got out of control hungry, it was more just extremely fatigued and low energy. Great PED, although it's probably not doing anything for boosting IGF/growth hormone since I'm already running mk677. I get no appetite increase from the mk, weirdly.
I've more or less figured out how to get shredded. I'm a lot less scared to bring my bodyfat and bodyweight up fairly high. Realistically gonna need 110kg around 17-19% loco scale bodyfat. I actually agree entirely with how loco measures bf... visible abs start around 20-24% for larger more muscular inviduals, crotch veins come in around 14-16%, 8-11% is true contest shredded.
