most shameful was tilt ordering a calzone and jalapeno poppers at 3:30 AM, falling asleep but leaving phone on so I'd wake up when driver would arrive at 4:30AM. Drank a little less than I would have in the past doing similar activities, but still too much. Had chinese halloween night, but at least was legitimately hungry when I got it.
I should be able to lock this down until Thanksgiving. Got to avoid infinite candy in the office next few days.
219.4. Giving blood helps with weight loss. So far I've avoided candy at the office, but someone brought good homemade cookies to improv class last night and I had a couple. Have a 2nd date at a Mexican place, will have to avoid ordering fajitas or burrito since their portions are massive.
Ordered 4 tacos and a little over half a pitcher strawberry margarita on the rocks, didn't have sour cream or cheese but did have 2 soft shells each. Was starving before that, we walked around a bunch, and I didn't eat late night so I think I did ok.
Felt really good coming in, not sure why I sucked so badly. I was having trouble with the alternate grip with my right hand down on the first set. Maybe I'm getting fat and struggling with the extra hand fat. Haven't weighed in a few days but waistline seems ok based on my belt.
Got back from vacation in FL early Wednesday morning Weighed myself for the first time in two weeks. Could tell I put on a bit and was really hoping to be under 225. Weighed 224.8
Tonight I'll bench for the first exercise in two weeks(not counting walking and random couple sets push-ups and air squats)
221.6 Went out Friday and Saturday night and even stupidly ate Chinese at night Friday. Locked it down Sunday, Monday and today so far. Starting to skip breakfast and otherwise eat similar. Binked a $300 live donkament for 5.2k and avoided celebration meal. I had tilting days at work Monday and today and have so far avoided tilt meals and booze. Cardio, comedy shows or 2+2 browsing are better rewards or coping imo.

Also did Press 115x3x5 on the same day since I can only lift 3x this week.
Holiday damage mostly weathered. I did get a day pass and do a couple workouts while I was out of town, but didn't do anything week of New Year's. Back to it today.

I did make half my plates either chicken tandoori or grilled fish, but I had a ton of food including a scoop of sherbert, a few large pieces of naan, a scoop of some sort of gooey breaded chicken that looked like Chinese food.
was actually happy to see that number after really horrible Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Real life stress and social situations were an excuse to make bad decisions. Hopefully I'll get some good news and the stress will be happier at least.

3x145 Press and only 1x392 DL Wed morning. Think I could have had the 2nd but didn't keep the core tight. I've been going out more lately so trying to keep the cardio up and not go too crazy on the beer/drunk munchies.
Went kinda like the backyard meet I did a couple years ago. Deadlift went really well. Bench was a little awkward because I didn't train the pause enough and the bench had standards so I had to scoot down farther to avoid hitting them.
