thanks. no video but will try to get some when I max out next week. how do I post videos on here? I am terrible with this kind of stuff. also, does anyone know how to blur/black out a face on a pic? Have a client who has gone from 27% bf to 13.5% bf in 3 months but need to block out his face to use his pic

pretty sure this is a PR, did 275 x2 earlier this year but don't think I ever did 265 for 3. butt came off the bench on the 3rd rep but whatever

OHP: 3-5 RM

prob some kind of weird PR bc I have never done 165x4. don't know if I'm any stronger because I did 155x5 earlier this year. I was a bit heavier then tho

off tomorrow and then DL on Friday. will do 435-440 for 2-4 RM

max effort sumo DL: 98% 2-4 RM
440x3 PR

first time using straps and def helped. last warmup at 405 flew up like a speed rep. first rep at 440 moved good, second was hard and on the 3rd rep form broke down. shoulders got pulled forward causing upper back to round but grinded it out. lower back is pretty sore right now. its mostly in the erectors and no pain by the SI joint so should be ok but we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

CGBP: 3-5 RM

this sucked. was pretty fried after the DL set and did max effort bench and OHP on Wednesday so not really surprising.

Off for the next 4 days, taking a trip with the wife for our one year anniversary and then will text maxes when I get back.

Did some easy bench bc I didn't want to go 9 days without benching before maxing out on Friday. So just worked up to a very fast, easy single at 255.

After this did some light DB bench, pull-ups, and arm stuff. Max DL on Monday
