Recovery starts to slow, fatty parts are a little more difficult to shift and you need to be more protective of your knees, shoulders and elbows. But it’s really gradual and as a consistent trainer, you’ll start to really stand out and look better and healthier etc from your peers who may not follow the same regimen as you
Thanks FW, I have noticed recovery start to slow the last year, although it sometimes is hard to tell if it’s just age or my inconsistent sleep due to my kids. We finally have my daughter sleeping in her bed all night instead of climbing in with us, so hoping it gets better this year.
