Zero issues with benching/pressing 4 days a week. I don’t log them but I do a bunch of facepulls and band pullaparts as part of my warmup to help with shoulder health. A lot of powerlifting programs have done bench variation every workout and every mike T program does. So that’s what I do when I’m trying to get stronger and it’s when I’ve seen 10-15 Lb PRs on bench instead of just 5. When I’m cutting, I cut back to pressing twice a week.
