Did the first two sets double overhand. Last set had to switch to mixed grip mid set. I started getting some discomfort in my lat so didn’t go any heavier. Not sure if it was caused by switching my left hand to a supinate grip or just the weight being heavier
Switched DL and squat this week since I didn’t have my shoes or sleeves today. Workout went great, RPE was low for all my expected top sets. I caught up on sleep over the weekend and ate a lot so that always helps. Our daughter had a sleep regression at 6 months but it seems to be over, so everyone is sleeping better now.

Good news is I thought 315 would be top set and it flew easy. Bad news is I jumped too high after that and didn’t even attempt a 3rd rep at 330.

Taking off the weekend. Wanted to move to 3x a week with the weights getting heavy and we have a lot of unpacking to do. Finally moving into our new house.
Kinda rough workout. Lifted a day earlier than usual bc I won’t be able to lift tomorrow.not sure if just fatigued or coming down with a cold my daughter has.
Gonna deload the rest of the week and then run the RTS intermediate program again. Should finish around Xmas and then test again the last week of the year.
