I think under ideal conditions (better sleep, a peaking block) I could pull more but 500 felt pretty hard today.

Avoiding LBBS for a bit. It seems to irritate/cause a posterior shoulder impingement on my right side. Even unracking just the bar is painful, it normally gets better as I warmup, but I think avoiding low bar for a little is a good idea.

It’s been awesome. She’s been a pretty easy baby. My sleep hasn’t been affected too much. I’m sleeping the same amount (8 hours), I just go to bed and wake up earlier now. My wife doesn’t make me get up in the middle of the night when she feeds her and I get up with her early so my wife can sleep in. My wife gets maternity leave til June, and after that I will be watching her all day til we move back to the US in August

Oof, that was exhausting. First set wasn’t so bad but the 2nd and 3rd were really hard. I was nauseous and dizzy for a while after these. Took a 10 min break before finishing the work out.
