Not really either. Mostly because it’s way more comfortable and easier on my wrists, shoulders and low back. Low bar squats are hard on the upper limbs and when I would squat heavy and the bar would bend a little it would put a lot of pressure on my wrists. SSB is less stress on the low back and more quads, almost more like high bar squats. I do think it will work my upper back more as well, bc they challenge you to stay upright and not get rolled forward. It is my favorite purchase out of everything I bought for my home gym easily and really versatile for stuff other than squats
