Thanks! Yea def both. It’s a good sign I’m hitting PRs while still fatigued. Prob gonna stick with my original plan and finish out this week and then taper next week starting with openers Monday.

felt incredibly good today. everything felt light. just unracking the warmups sets, everything felt like a feather. I don't know if that's just the supercompensation effect after tapering or the adrenaline, but its a great feeling. 455 moved good and was easily the best squat of my life. on previous PRs at 405 and 440 I felt like they were true maxes. This time I felt like I left about 10-15 lbs in the tank. I was really tempted to do a 4th attempt at like 465 but decided not to. Gonna take off the weekend and test bench on Monday.

Thanks! No video unfortunately. I need to figure out how to record videos while still listening to my music. I know there’s a way to do it but I haven’t figured out how. Maybe someone here can help me out. Chances of getting video otherwise are slim, since my wife is rarely with me lately with her work schedule and being pregnant.

I have Bluetooth headphones and an iPhone. If I'm listening to music and start to record a video the music shuts off and it picks up the audio from the video. how do I "background a music app?"

Pretty sure that’s why I haven’t figured it out. I’m not tech savvy and don’t know what a jaikbreak is. I heard it is possible with Snapchat but I have never used it before

315 touch n go wasn’t super hard and actually went up pretty smooth. Instead of trying 320-325, I wanted to try 315 paused and got it but it was much harder and a grinder. DL tomorrow, hoping for at least 545

515 went up easy. I continued my habit of failing my 3rd attempt (think I just give up too early) and then getting it on my 2nd try. I also now know why people sometimes vomit mid-pull. I didn't quite throwup but I almost did. It felt like I did in my throat after.

I asked a friend to take a video this time and will post later tonight.

Just got in a quick arm workout since I’ll be off traveling the next 4 days. Back was pretty sore today from yesterday’s DLs.

Prob gonna just do my own programming and cut for the rest of the year. I’ve already hit all my strength goals for the year with a 3 plate bench, 1k sq/DL total, and 1300+ total. I’m pushing 220 though so gonna do a short but aggressive cut

Took off the past 4 days to travel to Budapest for thanksgiving. Really cool city. Going to do my own programming and cut the rest of 2018. Gonna try to refrain from going heavy and try to do higher rep work.
