The Egg Beaters are thicker - they're better for using in cooking. The 100% whites (assuming they're similar to the All Whites brand I use) are much better for using in shakes imo.

Oh aaawesome. Thanks cha.

i kinda liked how the normal ones were in shakes but i just had one w the whites and it was prob better. either one improves a shake tho imo.

For a guy who routinely posts lmgtfy, you seem to have trouble with... gtfy

When you use it as the only liquid in your shake like I do (high protein, bro), the whites make a big difference. The yellow kind gets too thick when you add in frozen fruit.

In my defense, you can only infer the answer from that page, it doesn't answer it directly.

BtM is 15-16%? Abs look lower but otherwise seems like that. And was like 12% or something. Damn, that ab definition in general. SOB, lol.
At my leanest last summer I had some even better definition and I was like 1-2% below the before pic. If that before pic is like 15% then I can't even imagine what I'd be like at 10%. It would be awesome though. So, so awesome.

Now, I'm thinking that getting to 10% will be hard as ****. I probably need to lose like 30lbs and maintain all my lifts?
04-16-2013 , 01:20 PM
BtM - I dno. Maybe you were at 10% before the before pic.

If you're 16% now @ 211, then 6% of your body weight is 12.66lbs. Toss in 3 or so pounds of lbm lost during the cut and you're looking at minus 15.5-16lbs.

ah, that makes sense. I hadn't really thought about it like that. Hmm, 15lbs doesnt sound so bad

I wouldn't bother thinking about it that way since in practice that's not how it works.

Is there a way to train your neck without buying a neck harness? I feel like it's a good body part to be strong for safety purposes (like your core), and I also think having a stuipdly thick neck is badass.

bridges I guess?

Neck harnesses are like 20 bucks, though, seems like a small price to pay for a neck that's as wide as your shoulders.

Had the same question. I'm slightly concerned about safety with bridges, but that might be unfounded.

I've seen isometric (pushing against your hands) recommended. Anyone have thoughts on it?

My neck has grown a bit since I introduced power shrugs, although I think they'll affect the traps more overall.
