I'm doing IF, so I'm breaking my fast sometime between 12:30 and 1:30 (more like 1:30 if it's a lifting day), then I have a protein shake (3 or 4 scoops) around 4. I was dragging after putting the kids down at 6:30 and fell asleep on the couch for 45 minutes, then ate dinner.
I also have the experience that fighting through gives me an extra burst of energy, but it's harder for me to do these days.

It would be pretty sweet if I could take a nap during the day, but unfortunately it's not possible due to work considerations.
