-body temperature lower in the morning means stiff/sore muscles which lead to injury

In the gym most mornings between 5:30 and 6:30 am. It seems like at least 2 of these issues can be resolved with a proper warm up. And I never rush through a proper warm up because I do that crazy intense crossfit, which as we all know is eleet as ****.

Age a couple decades, rip a couple back muscles, then get back to us on that one thing that warming up won't fix.

Had obligatory browse through the pics in that link. Some of those girls are smoking either way, and some of them legit look better without any makeup.

In a somewhat related topic, does anyone else just crash around 6:30 or 7 at night? I've been absolutely wiped out the last few days and had to take a power nap, and now I'm wide awake.

I fear the answer is that I'm now an old man

What time do you eat at night? Lately I've been eating less during the day and then a bigger dinner, and damned if it doesn't make me comatose about 30 mins after. Once I fight through the initial malaise I'm fine 'til bedtime.

Sometimes I get super sleepy around noon or one. If that happens, I nap for about twenty minutes, then get up wide awake and refreshed until around 9:30 or 10:00, when the need to sleep becomes almost overwhelming.

I'm doing IF, so I'm breaking my fast sometime between 12:30 and 1:30 (more like 1:30 if it's a lifting day), then I have a protein shake (3 or 4 scoops) around 4. I was dragging after putting the kids down at 6:30 and fell asleep on the couch for 45 minutes, then ate dinner.

I also have the experience that fighting through gives me an extra burst of energy, but it's harder for me to do these days.

Quite possibly, I average maybe 1 can of Coke Zero a week (maybe), and don't like coffee or tea.

It would be pretty sweet if I could take a nap during the day, but unfortunately it's not possible due to work considerations.

I don't disagree. Everyone, including you, has the ability to look better with makeup. But several in those pics don't look better with the applied makeup.

Work more from home imo

When I used to work for the man and had to spend 8+ hours in a building, I was the master of using my managerial powers to find a hidden, confined space and sleeping for large portions of my lunch break.

I have more WIM in the mornings. My rides in to work are often record breakers, my rides home are trudges. That shouldn't really be surprising I don't think, by the time it's time to go home, I'm tired.

Meant to say one per day or five per week and messed it up, but yeah, still not that much
04-10-2013 , 09:29 PM
Sometimes, if I'm REEEEEEALLY sleepy and need to plow through, I'll have a few sips of decaf coffee.

Okay, on that note, I have an identical twin brother. His fiancee insists on being able to bring other women into their bedroom. And he isn't sure he can stay with her because of this. Now, in all fairness, every man has particular needs that determine what is or isn't a dealbreaker, but I told him, "...would you just listen to yourself for a second? Imagine anyone else in the world complaining about your problem. As far as the price of admission for a relationship with a particular person goes, it could be a lot worse."

You and he should swap lives for a while, see how it goes.
