Soulman,

Obv I am late to the party, but what is this in your location about TCS11?
04-10-2013 , 01:19 PM
SM - new, better job yet?
04-10-2013 , 01:20 PM
Awesome quoting that pic so many times, fellas. Tempting me to turn off images on 2+2 completely, but not worth giving up ability to see H&F noodz

I have nail psoriasis which causes discoloration and pulling away from the nail bed.

Starting on May 1st, can't wait to GTFO from my current jerb. Also see my log (soon).

If you're white and middle aged: shave your head, eat tons, say you powerlift. You'll probably look like someone on youtube setting an IPF record, then just show that to your friends.

SM - wait, you're going to be on top chef? Surely that is a troll - or I guess it would explain the extreme nomziness going on in your log.

Glad to hear about the new job. Will continue to check your log to see how it goes. Also to confirm that there is someone weaker at DLing than I am on this forum.

Rhymes - you lift? I thought you just swung around on rings like a human-monkey hybrid of the future.

clear progress imo

fortunately, one does not need fingers to squat

I broke my collarbone playing rugby back before some of you were born. I can't imagine doing any real exercise until it had healed for quite a while (incredibly painful just to sit up out of bed). Ended up separating it again after it was halfway knitted, and that hurt even more than breaking it the first time.

Does anyone around here still lift in the morning or did cha scare ya'll off with the info about spinal fluid? If there are any of you people left, you should check out this article:

Do You Need To Stop Lifting In The Morning?

Cliffs:
-body temperature lower in the morning means stiff/sore muscles which lead to injury
-elevated cortisol + low T in AM; low cortisol + increased T in PM
-and dat spinal fluid stuff we were already told about
04-10-2013 , 04:16 PM
I got scared straight. Of course, the morning is by far the most convenient time for me to lift.

consider the following

the gym is not busy in the morning

Weekday sessions I usually get to the gym 0400-0430. Saturday sessions are usually 0800-0900 arrival time. I have had no issues with it.
