What is Atgatt
04-30-2013 , 06:28 AM
All the gear. All the time.

This is what happens when you don't atgatt... actually, this is probably the minimum...

(ps. this is from the "official" 2p2 motorcycle thread from what I can tell, but it's mostly inactive)

I'll post a bad news story... =\

So two weeks ago I was just going down to the shops to pick up some food and obviously didn't put any gear on because what can possibly go wrong.

A car was parked on the left curb. We drive on the left obv. He started poking out. I slowed down and beeped. He appeard to stop moving and I figured he had seen/heard me... Then as I was passing, BOOM! SURPRISE U-TURN.

Spoiler:

I had some soft-tissue damage to my left shoulder, left knee and ankle and needed some stitches in the cuts around my knee and on my shin. Two weeks on I'm basically 90% healed.

Considering I was wearing shorts, a wfiebeater and the aussie equivilent of chuck taylors... I am so, so, so f*cking lucky.

Also, because I had slowed down I was probably only doing 30, maaaaaybe 35mph.

even for hot women nude lifting seems like a prime example of "bad naked"

I'm not saying the above is true. But it seems odd that you would make the claim that you did without the mountain of evidence that you seem to require of other medical claims.
Its possible, although that is not how most therapy works. Normally the greatest impact would be seen in the highest risk group.

AFAIK the only claim i have made is there is no clear scientific evidence fish oil supplementation has any positive impact on morbidity and mortality, and there is a fairly large mountain of evidence supporting this claim.

Snitch,

That is the weird thing about driving a motorcycle i just don't get. you are basically putting your life in the hands of strangers over and over and over again, in a situation where the risk of injury to them is very low and yourself very high. I just don't have that much faith in humanity.

That is why I sold my motorcycle and haven't thought much about getting a new one. Riding a motorcycle is amazing, but I felt like the only way I could justify riding it was throwing down the helmet, kicking it to 100mph minimum, and yelling "YOLO!" as I blazed past a police car.

hottest woman alive doing naked goblet squats seems extremely unflattering. I imagine it in my head and there is all kinds of flexing going on in all the wrong places.

JF: imo don't eat extra calories just to eat extra calories. You'll eat/drink those extras some other day and it'll all even out.

Congrats. Dunno if you still play poker, but a government job would be excellent for poker on the side imo, considering the stability, low hours etc.

The reason for my post though, is that I want your tips on that trademark bolognese; ie. what makes it extra nice? (am considering making bolo myself tonight).

Is pasta bolognese really anybody's go to dish??? It probably costs .75 cents to make so we'll let it slide.
04-30-2013 , 10:43 AM
loco - SM probably isn't ready to share his bread pudding secrets so for now we might as well settle for bolognese.

Pics will be posted, though a bolognese isn't exactly the most beautiful to look at.

Nope, quit poker 2 years ago. Hours won't really be that much lower - 3 hours per week.

I'll post the recipe in the recipe thread. Cliffs: I use ground lamb meat instead of ground beef, and add honey, veal stock and some applesauce in addition to the standard onions etc. Also use a ton of garlic and let it boil for close to an hour.

Doing it wrong bruh. Gotta get dat pancetta, mordatella, veal in there. Oh cool 10am and I'm starving now. Thanks, Obama.

Put some grated parm and fresh herbs on top and anything can look good imo

Yeah that sounds better. Or with lamb and honey.

There are very few nondessert carbs I eat. And the ones I do eat, taste like dessert (sweet potatoes). Beer is an exception. Definitely not ever having pasta with a little ground beef on it. I need like a pound of ground beef and a few strands of pasta. And then dessert. Now we are talking.

But Soulman will have the kilo of pasta. He will have the two ounces of lamb. The 20 ounces of wine. And the chocolate. Ah the good life, must be nice. Jelly.
