Sorry, can't take credit for this one. I remember someone posting about this, and I may have even made a comment, but unless I was being extremely sarcastic, not something I would ever advocate.

In regards to bottomless lifting, I think a hot chick could pull it off (especially squatting), but I cannot think of any scenario where a guy could pull it off. The male body just isn't built right for it to look flattering IMO.

Alright I've started my current cycle of planned physical activity.

Wake up, 30 min warm up, 60 minutes with weights, 60 minutes of shooting hoops, 5 days a week M-F and sometimes play ball on Sat/Sun

I'm going to eat enough to stay at 185, get enough sleep and get dem brotein.

Wonder how long this is sustainable for.

Now I'm going to try a new Greek Place that's supposed to be awesome. Then smash the PLO later.

Haven't been on in a few days, and I only load 10 posts/page and am generally too lazy/uninterested to go back and see what I missed. Sounds like I missed a lot.

Sorry to disapoint, but between work, life and a pretty active sports world (basketball, baseball, football draft, boxing, MMA) going on right now, not a lot of time for H&F.

In fact, things are so hectic I am way behind on both Spartacus and Game of Thrones, so the only dick I have seen in the last few weeks has been my own.

I promise to make it up when things settle down a little more.

recommended fish oil dosage preeeeeaaasseee? picked some up today.

I also grabbed ingredients for roasted lemon garlic chicken + veg. will be documenting and posting in recipe thread either today or Wednesday.

I don't think there is an actual known dose. I personally take 6-8 of the optimum fish oils a day (3/3 or 4/4)

Ok bros, help me figure out what I just ate:



Chicken kabob on a little tiny salad bed with some kinda standard dressing. Was good.

But then it gets weird. I think the stuff on the top right was some kind of sour, creamy, garlic hummus to use as a dip for the pita. It was really good but extremely tart. Couldn't place the flavor.

And then it got even weirder. The rice was like some sort of sweet cinnamon pilaf. The canned green beans went unnoticed in the flavor and I think on top is some pickled jicama.

But really besides the chicken salad and pita I have no idea what the rest of it was.

Anyone help?

Today's dinner, Tofu Fried Rice made by Mrs. Rhymes. Not sure about macros other than 10g fiber and around 350 cals per serving.

JF the garlic paste is essentially oil, garlic, salt, and egg (or it should be). It's used for the chicken.

The pink pickle is pickled turnip with beets used to color the white turnip pink, otherwise the turnip just looks pale and unappealing. Not really sure why historically they decided to color them pink though

As far as the rice, I don't know. Come from a Lebanese background and the rice is foreign to me

Keep in mind there is no clear scientific evidence fish oil consumption does anything for you, other than give you smelly burps.
